Job Description:
Responsible for the development and design of tooling, gauges, fixture drawings, technical standards, and product packaging solutions; Responsible for preparing feasibility analysis reports for the process, collecting technical information on new technologies and processes to meet product manufacturability requirements; Responsible for sample, trial production, and production control plans PFMEA、 Preparation of trial production and production plans, operation manuals, and process documents.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering;
2. Have relevant work experience in the automotive industry and be familiar with the production process of manufacturing enterprises;
3. Master office software and CATIA software, and be able to apply them flexibly.

Position 3: Quality Engineer, Salary 5500-10000 yuan/month
Job Description: (Procurement Quality, Project Quality, Process Quality, After sales Quality)
Responsible for compiling project quality reports; Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers; Participate in the quality system audit and process audit of suppliers; Responsible for preparing quality documents during the project development phase; Track quality issues during the project phase and implement improvement measures for problem areas.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science or engineering;
2. Majors related to mechanical design and manufacturing, vehicle engineering, electrical automation, and motor integration;
3. Master project management, familiar with the five major quality tools in the automotive industry, and TS16949 quality management system.

Position 4: Project Engineer, Salary 5500-10000 yuan/month
Job Description:
Responsible for project planning and writing project schedule plans; Organize and coordinate communication between relevant departments of the company and customers and suppliers; Organize phase transition reviews according to project stages and supervise and track their implementation; Organize documents for each stage of the project, ensure the integrity of project materials, and archive them in a timely manner; Project development cost control, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automotive or mechanical engineering;
2. 3 years or more of relevant work experience in project management and similar positions;
3. Master the APQP process, be familiar with TS16949 related knowledge, and be able to independently complete the preparation of customer APQP related documents.

Position 5: Process Quality Engineer Salary Range: 5500-8500 yuan/month
Job Description:
Responsible for checking whether the production process is executed according to the document definition; Dealing with abnormal situations that occur during the production process; Inspection and confirmation of the first, middle, and last items in the process; Monitoring of process parameters and SPC analysis; Determination and disposal of industrial waste, material waste, etc.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical or vehicle related fields, with quality work experience preferred;
2. Can use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches).

Position 6: Procurement Quality Engineer, salary 5500-9000 yuan/month
Job Description:
Responsible for new part development and APQP planning for new project development process; Confirmation, feedback, and tracking of non-conforming products during the incoming inspection process; Confirmation and rectification tracking of supplier waste products; Supplier quality issue claims; Various audits of secondary suppliers; Improvement of physical quality and monitoring of manufacturing process for suppliers in mass production projects.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automotive, quality management, or mechanical engineering;
2. Master IATF16949 and VDA6.3/6.5 quality systems, system audits, product and process audits;
3. Having theoretical knowledge and practical application experience in the five major tools of TS and 8D.

Position 7: Equipment Engineer Salary Range: 5500-10000 yuan/month
Job Description:
Responsible for the debugging, maintenance, and upkeep of the company's existing automation equipment; Write guidance documents for automation equipment and carry out daily equipment inspection work.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechatronics or electrical engineering;
2. Capable of maintaining general equipment and familiar with electrical drawings;
3. Have knowledge of automation equipment, PLC, etc., and have good coordination skills.
