Craftsmanship builds together, quality wins the future ——2025 Quality Month Launch Ceremony

In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on building a quality strong country, promote advanced quality management concepts and methods, and promote high-quality development of enterprises, on the afternoon of September 9th, Wuhu Mosen Tech Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. held the launch ceremony of the 2025 "Quality Month" with the theme of "Craftsmanship Building Together, Quality Winning the Future". Mr. Cheng Yonghai, Executive Vice General Manager and Management Representative of the company, along with department heads and key business personnel, attended the launch ceremony together.

The launch ceremony kicked off while watching Toyota's video "Quality is Built by Process". This video vividly showcases Toyota's journey of gaining global recognition through process standardization, employee focus, and team collaboration. Profoundly inspiring us: High quality is never an accidental result, but the result of precise execution of every process, proactive responsibility of every employee, and continuous optimization of every detail. Only when every employee fully understands the profound impact of their work on subsequent processes and customers, can they achieve sustained adherence to quality. Only by continuously strengthening process standardization and system collaboration capabilities can we promote steady improvement in quality.

Furthermore, Mr. Shao Wenbin, Deputy General Manager and Chief Technical Engineer of the company, emphasized that quality is the core element of a company's external image, which directly affects the market and customers' first impression and trust in the company - and once this trust is damaged, it is extremely difficult to repair. Therefore, only by continuously consolidating the quality foundation can enterprises win reputation and occupy the market.

Subsequently, Mr. Cheng Yonghai, Executive Vice General Manager and Management Representative, emphasized in his summary that in the current context of rapid technological development and increasingly fierce industry competition, quality has become the lifeline for the survival and development of enterprises. The quality of a product goes without saying, customers will speak for you. "This sentence deeply reveals the key impact of quality on the long-term development of a company. In the face of new situations and challenges, General Manager Cheng put forward three core requirements: implementing the "Three Noes Principle", implementing the "Three Realities Law", and fulfilling "comprehensive responsibilities". He called on all employees to further enhance their awareness of quality and responsibility, and to promote comprehensive quality improvement through concrete actions.

Finally, the company organized a themed signature event titled "Craftsmanship and Quality Win the Future". Mr. Cheng led the management team and key employees to solemnly sign on the banner. These signatures not only represent personal commitment, but also represent a heavy responsibility, a cohesive collective photo, and a milestone engraved with quality culture. They remind all staff that quality is more important than Mount Tai, and commitment is full of words.

The launch ceremony officially kicked off the Quality Month activity, and everyone expressed their willingness to actively participate in the "Quality Month" activity and daily quality management work with higher fighting spirit, stricter standards, and more pragmatic style, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of the company.
