  Hand in hand, grateful for you! On November 24, 2020, the party branch of Mosen Tech Company, in collaboration with the labor union, jointly organized a gratitude meeting for the company's 10-year-old employees and 2020 moral models. This gratitude ceremony recognizes a total of 26 people, including 18 senior employees with over ten years of experience and 8 corporate ethical models. Some of them come from the production line, some from the technology research and development department, and some from the administrative management department.

  Over the course of 10 spring and autumn changes, and 10 years of ups and downs, each of them has dedicated themselves to their respective positions, dedicating precious 10 years of their lives to progress and grow together with Morintech. Moral model figures have set an example for all employees in the company, including the "Model of Bravery", "Model of Dedication and Dedication", and "Model of Filial Piety and Love for Parents". Li Ping, a representative of veteran employees, shared her emotional journey of more than ten years since joining Mosentech. She said that these ten years have been the most precious chapter in her life, witnessing the growth and development of Mosentech. From a small factory building, a dilapidated carport, a loss making small company in 2004, to the later turnaround from losses to profits, and now to an annual sales volume of about 600 million. She feels that the company's various welfare benefits are gradually improving, and the corporate culture is gradually improving. All of these warm everyone and motivate every employee. No matter how time flies, each of us will still carry that original passion, never forget our original intention, and shine in our respective positions.

Mr. Zhou (Yucheng), the General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of the company, personally attended the meeting. Mr. Zhou emphasized that the theme of today's meeting is gratitude. The development and achievements of the company should first be thanked to those who have silently contributed to their positions for many years. Their existence is the company's greatest and most valuable wealth. The development of Mosentek cannot be separated from the efforts of every employee, let alone the long-term dedication of senior employees. It is precisely because of such a group of people that the company continues to grow and expand. After ten years of hard work and growth, many people have become the backbone of Morintech. Everyone expressed that this event has warmed everyone's hearts and truly felt the care and encouragement from the company and management.
