Early in the morning of the 7th, many people braved the cold in the factory area of Mosentec. This was a snow shoveling team composed of party members and cadres. They took shovel and fought against each other in the heavy snow. They cooperated with each other. The hot snow shoveling scene brought great warmth to the cold winter! Before most employees went to work, the ice and snow on the company's main road had been cleared, opening up a warm and welcoming path for them!

After clearing the snow on the road, the middle and senior management of the company, led by Mr. Zhou Yucheng, the chairman and general manager of the company, lined up at the company gate in the wind and snow to welcome every Mosentech person to "go home"! Eight middle-level cadres were beating drums eight and a half feet high in the wind and snow. The sound of the drums could be heard thousands of meters away, with waves of uplifting and joyful rhythm, warming and inspiring every elderly person who "went home"! The eight sided drum also symbolizes wealth and good fortune from the eight sided drum, indicating that Morintech will have another year of prosperity and fruitful results.
