The people of Wuhu worked together and achieved a phased victory in the "battle against the epidemic"!

1、 Emergency deployment

After receiving the notice of static management throughout the city, Zhou Yucheng, the general manager of the company, immediately convened a conference call with all cadres, emphasizing the need for the company to work together to fight against the epidemic, ensure operation, and prioritize safety. He made overall arrangements for the resumption of work and production, ensuring that all aspects of Morsentec operate smoothly during the epidemic period! And organize a mobilization meeting for ensuring supply and resuming production, and during the control period, even eat and live with returning employees in the factory area and the company, truly becoming a member of the "lone heroes" on the front line of the epidemic!

2、 Logistics support

The company's party branch, in collaboration with the labor union, urgently organized the procurement of 180 sets of bedding, covers, and pillows, as well as purchased and stored daily necessities such as rice, flour, oil, eggs, milk, seasonings, etc., to provide necessary living support for returning employees.

To meet the basic living needs of employees, the company has temporarily converted the cultural and sports center and training room into an employee lounge, opened the company's gym and shower room, and built clotheslines (poles). In order to enrich the life of returning factory employees outside of work, the company has built table tennis tables, used conference rooms as movie theaters to provide employees with viewing venues, and provided square dancing facilities in the parking lot for female employees to exercise and entertain.

3、 Epidemic prevention and safety

Internally: Conduct temperature checks on all returning employees, verify their health and travel codes, implement closed-loop management for returning personnel, and coordinate daily nucleic acid testing with medical staff at the company. Disinfect public areas, canteens, and other venues twice a day, wear masks for all personnel, and provide cleaning supplies such as disinfectant and alcohol for bathrooms.  

Externally: Adhere to the principle of not entering unless necessary, implement comprehensive disinfection and closed-loop management for external personnel and vehicles, and win the "two tough battles" (epidemic prevention and defense, production and operation defense) through two closed-loop management (human closed-loop management and material closed-loop management).

4、 Leadership care

The Party Committee of Wuhu Construction Investment expressed condolences and concern to our unit, assisted the company in handling travel permits and other matters, and promptly conveyed the requirements of the higher-level epidemic prevention and control policies, helping the company to properly arrange production, operation, epidemic prevention and control and other work.

Li Zhongbing, General Manager of Chery Technology, and Liu Chunping, Deputy General Manager, visited our company to inspect our epidemic prevention work and resumption of work and production, and gave high praise. They suggested that our company be promoted as a typical example in the technology system for later use in responding to emergency needs.
