QC Release Conference for the 2022 Quality Month Event

On the afternoon of November 8, 2022, the QC press conference for the "Quality Month" event of Mossem Tech officially kicked off in the company's training room. The event revolves around the theme of "adhering to the quality 'heart' and practicing the quality 'action'", with the goal of involving all staff to improve physical quality, and carries out the 2022 Quality Month QC release.

This project press conference was attended by 9 engineers from 5 quality functional departments, who each released 9 projects. At the press conference, we cordially invite Mr. Zhou, Mr. Cheng, Mr. Wang, Mr. Wang, Mr. Li, Director Xu and Director Xie of the Technical Platform, and Director Wang of the Quality Assurance Department of the company to serve as judges for the QC release.

This QC project covers multiple processes of the company, including product research and development design, supplier management, physical quality improvement in the manufacturing process, and after-sales quality improvement.

The press conference will be conducted in three steps: introducing the results, accepting questions, and scoring by the judges. The 9 QC achievements published this time start from focusing on key and weak links, closely related to the company's product design and manufacturing production, fully leveraging the characteristics of the QC team's "small, practical, dynamic, and new" nature. Strictly following the PDCA cycle, multiple data statistical methods are used to achieve practical problem selection, clear goals, clear charts, and no lengthy texts.

During the publication process, each judge reviewed and provided insightful comments on various QC group topics from the aspects of topic selection, cause analysis, countermeasures and measures, effect inspection, and report quality. They objectively analyzed the shortcomings and areas for improvement, providing valuable experience and opinions for the further development of QC activities.

After the final evaluation by the judging panel, the "Analysis of the Problem of M31T Sunroof Assembly Motor Dropping Initialization" by the Yingtaimante Eagle QC team won the championship, the "Analysis of the Problem of M1E Front Door Elevator Abnormal Noise" by the Xiyangyang QC team of the window shaking technology platform won second place, and the "Analysis of the Failure of T19 Sunroof Soft Shaft Extrusion Function" by the Sunroof QC team of the sunroof technology platform won third place.

Mr. Cheng (Yonghai), the representative of the company's management, commented on the QC project press conference and affirmed the achievements made in this QC activity. Regarding how to improve the effectiveness of QC activities, he pointed out that QC activities should revolve around company operations, carry out innovative improvements, solve problems, and at the same time, strengthen the learning and application of quality tools to enhance abilities and performance. He also hopes that various departments can form QC teams, persist in doing QC, and integrate QC spirit into daily work.

Finally, General Manager Zhou (Yucheng) summarized the QC project press conference. The successful holding of this QC project press conference reflects the company's emphasis on quality management and achieves the goal of communication, learning, and mutual improvement. He hopes that all departments will take quality issues as a starting point and actively carry out discussions, research, solutions, and verification of various problems; I hope that all departments will not be limited to the concept of QC, as this is a work of improving the quality awareness, understanding, and problem-solving of all employees, and pursuing practical results.

The 2022 QC project launch conference of Mosentech has been successfully concluded, but the spirit of QC will promote the deeper and more sustainable development of the company's quality management team activities, and further promote the comprehensive development of the company's quality management work.
