On October 3rd, the company held a tug of war competition to enrich employees' leisure time, improve their overall quality, enhance team spirit and collective cohesion, and showcase their positive and upward attitude.

This competition is organized by the company's labor union in collaboration with the manufacturing department, with a total of 10 teams participating. Each team has 10 people, 5 men and 5 women, including 3 teams from the skylight workshop, 3 teams from the window shaking workshop, 3 teams from the PU workshop, and 1 team from the workshop director and team leader. Based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, with "friendship first, competition second", the competition adopts a group elimination format to determine the winner.

The tug of war competition attracted a large audience. With the referee's whistle, the audience kept cheering and encouraging the competing teams, and the atmosphere instantly became tense and intense. The teams on the field competed and learned from each other, and the players' momentum was like a rainbow. The audience below cheered and encouraged, pushing each game to climax again and again. In the competition, the team members cooperated seamlessly and did their best to firmly tighten the rope, fully demonstrating the spirit of unity.

After fierce competition, Team 1 of the Window Shaking Workshop outperformed the other teams and won the championship of this tug of war competition. The workshop director and team leader won the runner up, while Team 1 of the Skylight Workshop won the third place.

This event enriched the cultural life of employees, promoted communication and cooperation among them, enhanced everyone's cohesion and centripetal force, and demonstrated the positive spirit of Mosentek people, who are proactive, tenacious, united and cooperative, and strive to be the best.
