Quality Co creation, Achievement Sharing - Launch Ceremony of the "Quality Month" Activity in 2024

To fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, implement the Outline for Building a Strong Quality Country, strengthen the quality awareness of all employees, and promote the in-depth development of enterprise quality management. On the morning of September 4th, Wuhu Mosen Tech Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand launch ceremony for the "Quality Co creation, Achievement Sharing" Quality Month activity. Mr. Zhou Yucheng, Chairman and General Manager, led department heads and business backbones to attend the launch ceremony.

At the event, Wang Yun, the Minister of Quality Assurance, announced the official launch of the "Quality Month" campaign and led everyone to watch the 2024 National Quality Month themed promotional video "What is Quality".

In the video, "What is quality?" asked the hearts of every employee present. Mr. Cheng Yonghai, the deputy general manager and representative of management of the company, gave a speech with the theme of "straighten oneself out and see the situation clearly". He pointed out that in the irreversible trend, we must recognize that only by straightening our own attitude and behavior, seeing the changes and needs of the situation, focusing on doing our own thing well, improving product quality, moving forward courageously, and constantly pursuing excellence, can we overcome all challenges and achieve success!

Subsequently, Mr. Zhou Yucheng, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, summarized his speech by first proposing that we should criticize and correct two ideas;

Firstly, quality is the responsibility of quality personnel: this viewpoint overlooks that quality is a process involving all employees. Quality is the life of an enterprise, and there are no bystanders or outsiders in quality management work. Everyone should be a director and a participant. Therefore, improving quality is not only the responsibility of the quality department, but also the responsibility of the entire organization.

Secondly, there is a conflict between quality and management: Quality level is a reflection of management level, and high-quality products and services are often one of the key factors for the success of enterprise management. Pursuing high quality should not be seen as an act of increasing costs and sacrificing profits, but rather as an investment that can bring long-term returns to the enterprise. Quality management can only improve customer satisfaction, enhance brand awareness, expand market share, and have a good development prospect for enterprises through deep cultivation and continuous improvement.

Mr. Zhou pointed out from a high perspective that only when enterprises truly internalize the importance of quality and integrate it into every specific task of daily work, can they survive and develop in the fierce market competition. This is an urgent change, changing the perception of quality, improving quality awareness, doing the right things, and doing things right. This is the real answer to the question "What is quality!

Finally, the attendees carried out a signature activity with the theme of "Quality Co creation, Achievement Sharing". Mr. Zhou led the managers and employees of various departments to sign their names on the theme banner one by one. The signature was not only their own name, but also a commitment to quality, expressing their firm belief and determination in quality. It reminds everyone to always maintain a high level of attention to quality in their daily work, constantly improve their professional abilities, and strive for excellence.

The launch ceremony of "Quality Month" further strengthened the quality awareness of all employees, created a strong atmosphere of quality management, and promoted the construction of the company's quality brand. Next, the company will closely organize a series of activities around the theme of "Quality Co creation, Achievement Sharing" during the Quality Month, so that all employees can constantly focus on product quality in their daily work, take the company's product quality to a new level, and provide customers with higher quality products and services.
