1、 Basic information of the project

Procurement requirements:
1. A charging shed for electric vehicles will be built on the south lawn of the window shaking workshop, with a length of 25m, a width of 6m, and a height of 2m. There are a total of 50 parking spaces (each parking space is 1.9m long by 0.8m wide), and 25 parking spaces will be arranged in a bi-directional layout. (Construction according to the requirements of Party A).
2. Ground leveling and compaction, pouring C30 concrete with a thickness of 10cm, quality requirements: no quality problems such as dust, faults, cracks, etc., painting anti rust paint on the shed columns. The specific engineering quantity is shown in the bill of quantities (note: if there are any missing items, they will be supplemented after exploring the site).
Contract performance period: 1 year.      
2、 Qualification requirements for applicants
1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
2. Specific qualification requirements for this project:
Credit requirement: As of the deadline for submitting response documents, if a supplier falls under any of the following valid circumstances, their qualification review will not be approved.
(1) Those who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court;
(2) Being listed as a major tax illegal and dishonest entity by the tax authorities;
(3) Listed by the finance department as a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement;
