2、 Qualification requirements for applicants
1. Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability; Units with independent legal personality;
2. Credit requirement: As of the deadline for submitting response documents, if a supplier falls under any of the following valid circumstances, their qualification review will not be approved
(1) Those who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court
(2) Listed as a major tax illegal and dishonest entity by the tax authorities
(3) Listed by the finance department as a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement
(4) Those who have been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest activities by the market supervision and management department
