In order to do a good job in summer heatstroke prevention and cooling, ensure the personal health and safety production of frontline employees, the Mosentek Party branch, together with the Tong'an Committee, under the guidance and call of the branch secretary, made overall arrangements, division of labor and cooperation. All party members and cadres of the Party branch formed the "High Temperature Cooling" activity team, divided into groups and on duty, to send a hint of coolness and care to the frontline employees, and to hold up the "umbrella" of summer care.

The company has set up a cold drink area in the workshop and prepared cooling cold drinks and first aid medicines for employees to cool down. At the same time, the cafeteria makes mung bean soup every day, which is served to employees at any time after being chilled.

The "High Temperature Cooling" activity team is divided into groups of two people, and each group is on duty for one day according to the duty schedule. The "Coolers" put down their work at 1:30 pm every day, braving the scorching sun and scorching heat, and pushed two large buckets of heavy mung bean soup to each workshop on time. As they walked to the workshop, they shouted, "Everyone gather to drink mung bean soup!" One person served a bowl, while the other served the soup. On site, they could always hear "Add more if it's not enough!", "Do you drink thick or thin?", "Is there anyone else who hasn't come to collect it?" Some people were unable to put down their work positions, but the "Coolers" personally delivered the soup to their posts. The 'Coolers' were busy sweating profusely, demonstrating the thoughtful service of a party member and cadre through their actions and enthusiasm. The' High Temperature Coolers' activity team not only provided a hint of coolness, but also showed deep care and condolences.

Along with the soaring temperature, there was also the fiery enthusiasm of the Morintek people, and the high-temperature "roasting" test did not affect everyone's ability to stick to their posts. Some employees in certain occupations still need to wear masks and gloves for work due to company requirements. Under high temperature steaming and baking, they work tirelessly, meticulously, and skillfully in an orderly manner.
